Mother Wove the Morning

That was the title of the moving all-woman play by Carol Lynn Pearson that Glendale High School is doing this week in their Little Theater. We took our ward youth to see it tonight. One of them Michelle Mathias plays the author, who originally acted the whole play herself as a solo performance. She rewrote it for the version we saw with multiple actors. The other actors play the roles of historical women delivering their views about God, women and men. A few of the historical women are Rachel, the wife of Jacob; the Levite's concubine in Judges 19; and Emma Smith, the wife of the prophet Joseph. Our ward teachers quorum advisor Mack Dugger is the GHS drama teacher and directed. The acting and direction were excellent for this performance.

I dont think u should be talking about Mack dugger in tat way. he is a very good teacher, and friend. Also know that he did the play for people to understand women and all because unlike some people, there still is a seperation of equality between men and women. He wanted to show what women have been through througout our history. So please dont say things like that when you dont know the play, and dont know anything!
