All 11 grandchildren and all 9<\/s> 7 of 9 children arrived and parked not too long after the park opened. We missed Carla, Loi and Laura. Once we arrived, the parents applied suntan lotion.<\/span><\/span><\/span> …<\/p>\n

Then it was off on the tram from the parking area to the park entrance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Here was a cute couple.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Once we got inside, some went first to the Pirates of the Caribbean and then the Haunted House attractions before we met up for the Jungle Boat Ride.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

One of my favorites is the Merry-Go-Round.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rabbit doors can't be resisted.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sometimes it was too much to stand in the long lines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For lunch, the Parkers met up with Bill and Barbara. The rest of us went to a pretty good pizza place. When we walked back to the park entrance, we saw living toy soldiers!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Autopia was my favorite ride when Walt Disney created Disneyland.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n

We had to wait until the afternoon for the Teacups to be fixed. I think Bentley had a great time at Disneyland.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We found Toon Town late in the afternoon.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

After an interminable wait for a less-than-mediocre ride in Toon Town, we went a couple of separate ways to eat. By then it was after dark. Some of us left and some stayed for more rides and fireworks.<\/s><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
