America in the John Muir High School presentation of Cole Porter's musical Anything Goes. On stage, Cleo got to act, and sing and tap dance accompanied by a pit orchestra from the school. Carla made cookies for the school to sell at intermission. Tonight's was the last of the three performances, and we enjoyed it. Interestingly, as the Wikipedia entry shows, there have been a couple of movie treatments, one in 1936 and the other in 1956, but both starring Bing Crosby. We'll have to see if Netflix has those. Anyway, congrats Cleo.

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false

1

post-44","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
